Our Project Controls group supports Clients and project management with comprehensive project controls and cost engineering capability.  These services include project planning, estimating, scheduling, performance management, forecasting, change management and risk management.

We use project controls standards based on industry best practices as established by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International; Project Management Institute, Construction Industry Institute, and similar bodies of knowledge.  EES will scale the Project Controls (PC) effort and tools selected from our tool kit to address projects of different size, complexity, and need.  Deliverables include:
